Sushi Bar - Coming Soon
Of my favorite memories around food - The day my Aunt Wendy put us onto sushi (at age 10!) is something I'll never forget. I had never seen such elegant execution of taste and aesthetics before then and have been inspired by the art of food culture ever since. If you’re familiar with Jiro Ono (of Jiro: Dreams of sushi) You can't help but be inspired by his discipline and work ethic towards food.
This series is an homage to the teachers that inspire us to hone the craft day in, and day out. We hope you like them.

*The tamago sushi depicted is an homage to Chef Daisuke Nakazawa - apprentice of Jiro Ono that strived for years to be referred to as Shokunin by his teacher. The Shokunin spirit is defined as an artisan who masters their profession and is what we seek to embody here at AsianJoyCo.
Inspired by the presentation of sushi on black lacquer plates by traditional chefs, our new keycaps will reflect this aesthetic to showcase our sushi. (And yes they will be magnetic!)
